The whole week leading up to Christmas was an eventful one. As I mentioned in my last blog, we started Jack on bananas. He loved them, and our family loved feeding him. We then transitioned to sweet potatoes, and he liked those even more!
Jack thought the bowl was fun, too!
Jack licking the bowl clean!
When he has had enough food, he sticks his fingers in his mouth to say "Mom, I am done!"
On Tuesday, we hosted the holiday playgroup. Jack and I love playgroup. He has learned so much from the older kids, and I really enjoy talking to the other moms about what to expect next from Jack.
As crazy as it sounds, this is only about half the playgroup! It is complete chaos but so much fun. Most of the kids dressed in red for the holiday party.
So happy!!!

We call Jack's jumperoo his office. He is always hard at work!
On Thursday, our family arrived! We were so happy that everyone arrived safe, sound and on time! It was wonderful having my mom, brother, Carl's parents, brother, and Jack's godmother, Elaine. It was a little overwhelming for Jack, at first, but he then he enjoyed all of the attention. We really missed those that could not be there this year....we hope to see them soon though!
We had a wonderful Christmas with everyone. My only regret was that I didn't take out the camera earlier.
The day after Christmas, Jack was baptized. It was really special to have the family there.
The three of us.
Mark stayed a few extra days, and the boys really got a chance to bond. Mark's fiancee, Jessica, made the trek to Erie after flying from California to Nashville. We were so happy that she came to visit!

Playing Jack's favorite game, airplane!
Jack and Uncle Mark are an unfairly adorable pair! :)
