In the past week, we have had exciting news that we are headed to Jacksonville, Florida, in August! We are very excited about our move, and can't believe we only have a little over three months and a week left in Erie.
Jack loves to read. He especially loves magazines. He likes to look at the pictures, and also crunch the pages. If we ever need a distraction for Jack, the go-to is a magazine.

| He looks so interested! |
 |
| He also loves to play with his feet. Interesting hobbies...reading and feet! |

One of Jack's closest friends is Jackson. Jack and Jackson are about a month and a half apart in age. We have lots in common with Jackson's parents, Christy and Bill. They lived in Sarasota and Bill is an ER resident at Hamot. Jack and I cherish our time with Jackson and Christy.

It is so nice for them to play together. I feel like Jack learns a ton from Jackson. Since Jackson is crawling everywhere, Jack watches in amazement. Within a day of the visit, Jack was already pushing his arms out trying to push forward.
While Carl was at an orthopaedic convention in San Diego this week, Jack and I enjoyed the warm weather in Erie. Yes, I am serious. It was actually over 50 degrees two days this past week. Now, of course, I think we have gotten six inches of snow in the past two hours....but I am trying to enjoy my last snow filled Erie days.

Jack is seven months, three weeks today. His new food last week was corn, and he really liked it. Today, we added mangos to the ever growing list of menu items. He seems to like them as well. He will eat squash again as long as it is served with something else but still hates bananas. We also added puffs to our menu. Organic puffs, for those that don't know, are similar to cheerios but they dissolve in the mouth. Also, they make them in tons of different flavors. Out of the 20 I give him, maybe 3 go in his mouth, 10 get dissolved in the water, and the rest end up either in the highchair or with Herme or George.

| It was hard to get both boys to look at the camera at the same time |
 |
| Jack loves napkins and paper towels...I have to watch him constantly |
 |
| He thinks they are fun to eat |
 |
| SO happy |
 |
| I think they feel good on his gums...still no pearly whites |
Carl had a very productive trip in San Diego, and was able to meet his new department head at Jacksonville which was a very welcome surprise. He is very excited about the team that is there, and is really looking forward to getting started. I have started to search the real estate websites in search for our next home. I know it is premature seeing as though I still haven't sold this house but it is fun and exciting.

| This week was the first week in months that Jack didn't have to wear flannels to bed |
